Lead Manufacturing Engineer
The in-country Lead ME will be responsible for all aspects of production support for Israel Co-Production for the F-16 program. This position will support the CoProducers Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and Cyclone.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
(BTP) assessment, build sequence and production flow assessment, I/R coordinator tasks, first article tool validation mentoring of IAI/Cyclone ME Staff, Tooling set-up and periodic inspections, maintain tool inventory, validating work instructions, oversee work around plans, track SPAR activity, lead status meetings and report activities back to LM Aero, participate in Coproduction activities related to manufacturing support.
This position will be in the Tel Aviv and Karmiel area in Israel, full time for a duration of approximately 2 to 2.5 years.
Demonstrated creative problem solving capabilities.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Demonstrated communication skills: written and verbal.
Experience with gauge controlled tooling.
