Manage and coordinate engineering and support activities for various projects. Ensure effective communication and job flow company-wide.

Review job requirements for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and related specifications.
Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, schedule and resolve engineering design, and test problems.
Coordinate, manage, and implement configuration control activities via proper engineering change processes.
Manage and mitigate the effect of activities that may be detrimental to production and project deadlines by being proactive and communicating expectations and devising resolutions to potential delays.
Direct integration of technical activities and products with Production.
Evaluate and approve Bill Of Material changes and drawing releases.
Control expenditures within limitations of project budget.
Prepare interim and completion project reports.
Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization (AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
