Role Summary: The TDI Production Supervisor - 3rd shift will: 
Perform the daily managerial tasks to ensure reliable and consistent production operations

This position will directly manage an hourly team of approximately 20 third shift employees to achieve customer on time delivery by focusing on product quality, cost and output

Essential Responsibilities: 
Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees - hourly employee population of approximately 20

Must be proficient in the following activities in managing the team:

prioritization of work, scheduling

pay & time keeping

continuous improvement activities

Provide mentorship and coaching to subordinates and peers

Strong, proactive communicator who partners with TDI leadership team to execute tactical goals while enabling and planning for strategic priorities

Have flexibility in schedule in order to work an offshift position - 3rd shift

Qualifications/Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)

Ability and willingness to work an offshift position - 3rd shift
