Your Role  

Our Environmental Brand + Graphic Designer  must have stellar conceptual and hands-on environmental graphic design experience and show a portfolio of work that is clean, elegant, compelling and highly creative – your work must draw people in and make them want to see more. You must love to push new ideas, be passionate about design, get excited about being a part of extremely diverse projects and thrive off working alongside some exceptionally talented creative leaders. You’ll have a key role as a member of multiple project teams and also should have the ability to manage your own projects independently. 

Show us your extremely compelling and creative examples of your work that communicate ideas clearly, respond to client goals, and make people think. 

What You Will Do  

  • Design environmental graphics, signage, logos, websites, emails, brochures, ads, books, sales sheets, presentations, multimedia/video look and feel, exhibits and other medium necessary to bring our clients brand to life 
  • Compose design presentations that are both verbally and visually compelling 
  • Exhibit expertise in storytelling, typography and layout 
  • Collaborate with design teams from business development presentations through strategy, design and delivery 
  • Interface with multiple internal design practices 
  • Be able to multitask, working on several projects at once, often with tight deadlines and with careful attention to detail 
  • Plugged into emerging technologies/industry/design trends and willing to share internally 

Your Qualifications  

  • Bachelors or higher degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design or similar 
  • 5 - 10 years of brand + graphic design experience including EGD, signage and wayfinding. 
  • Experience with Environmental/ Experiential Graphic Design 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to internal teams and clients 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well with a wide range of internal clients 
  • Working knowledge of print and production, vendor management 
  • Comprehend projects at a high level to anticipate and avoid potential roadblocks 
  • Experience in effectively managing time and schedules 
  • Proven ability to work as a member of an integrated team and independently in an open office environment 
  • Interest in expanding skillset into the built environment, working on experiential graphic design and signage design projects 
  • A personal portfolio that contains a strong and varied design approach, as well as specific examples of fully realized and produced graphic projects. 
  • Be able to multitask, working on several projects at once, often with tight deadlines and with careful attention to detail 
  • Sketchup, AutoCad and Revit experience preferred, but not required.
