This is a salaried position that interfaces with department managers and technicians, as well as customers. The primary function of this position is to supervise the Billing Department and open and close work orders in a timely manner. Maintain and coordinate schedules for multiple departments. This position will be required to work independently and coordinate multiple projects. Attention to detail and experience in coordinating large projects and customer support are critical. Job duties may vary daily.

  • Monitor and track all functions of the Billing Department 
  • Responsible for opening, closing and data entry for billing and filing of work orders 
  • Monthly tracking of open work orders on departed aircraft in order to anticipate and assist project managers and program managers with timely closing of work orders after departure 
  • Scheduling of aircraft work flow with program managers. 
  • Central point of contact for sales, managers and team leaders for schedule and work order requirements. 
  • Work independently on projects and coordinate multiple projects as assigned. 
  • Work with Warranty Supervisor to assure correct billing and filing of warranty and program invoices and claims. 
  • Coordinate matching of credits returned against warranty and program claims 
  • Research and write proposed credits and debits to customer accounts. 
  • Process employee expense reports. 
  • Any other job-related duties as assigned by management. 


Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration preferred.

Experience Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Experience in multiple projects & customer interface preferred.
Work order and billing process experience preferred.
Strong word processing and spreadsheet experience preferred

Initiative Self-motivated and maintain a rapid pace.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Work with others in a professional manner.

Responsibility Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments.
Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work each and every day.
Perform all work in accordance with FAA guidelines.
Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
Completion of work orders.

Requirements Lift and carry 10 pounds.

Requirements Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines.
Coordinate projects.

Supervision Work with Corporate Billing Manager and Warranty supervisor on Billing duties and other projects as needed.
Work with Program Managers coordinating projects in a cooperative manner.

Conditions Work will be accomplished in an office environment.

Equipment Used Personal computer operating with Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Corridor and various cost and scheduling programs. Fax machine, telephone and photocopier
