Job Description: 
MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter
to directly support the company’s rapidly growing
Government and Civilian Aerospace Industry sector.
Ideal candidates will be responsible for the
identification, assessment and engagement of skilled
professional, technical, and/or cleared candidates. They
will achieve staffing objectives by utilizing full life
cycle recruiting techniques for the PAX River Business
Unit located in Maryland.

Duties include, but are not limited to: 
Responsible for recruitment, screening, and
selection of candidates in support of large
government contract.
Will utilize experience to recruit individuals with
a variety of skill sets such as:  Project and Program
Management, Acquisition Specialists, Logistics,
Engineering, Information Assurance, Configuration
Management, etc.
Manage requisition load, customer needs, and
sourcing strategies
Proactively build and maintain a network of
potential candidates through various means such as
market research, networking, social media as well as
utilizing search engines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to foster
collaborative relationships and train managers on
the company’s recruitment and hiring processes and
Track both requisition and candidate flow through
the Applicant Tracking System in compliance with
corporate and government compliance
Attend job events as necessary in support of group
hiring needs
Collaborate with peers, internal customers to build
a strategy around hiring targets
Serves as the Pax River BU’s primary staffing point
of contact
Assist on specialized projects or programs, upcoming
proposal efforts, etc. as appropriate
Required Skills:  (skills a candidate MUST have to be
considered for a position)
In depth understanding of the full life-cycle
recruiting process.
Prior experience with active and passive recruiting
for technical and non-technical roles
Understanding of OFCCP regulation/compliance
Familiarity with Military installations a plus, but
not required.

Ability to multi-task
Communication skills
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work
Familiarity with DOD Government contracting
3 - 5 years high volume recruiting

Preferred Education and Skills: 
Proficient in the use of iCIMS or other similar ATS
Familiarity with Military Installations
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time salary position
Travel is primarily local during the business day,
although out-of-the-area and overnight travel are
expected to visit other company sites – up to 10%
travel expected
