This hourly, non-exempt position requires a basic knowledge of customer service. The job includes varying amounts of directing aircraft for parking, meeting and greeting customers, and customer amenity assistance. Transporting of customers is a primary function. FAA, OSHA, EPA, and other safety rules must be followed. Job duties will vary each day and are designated by the Line Manager.
- Perform aircraft directing for taxiing to parking location.
- Transporting customers to and from airport, hotels, and restaurants.
- Providing customer support for passengers and crew, including coffee, minor aircraft
- Greeting customers with an energetic, friendly appearance.
- Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have current Colorado driver’s license with NO violations.
Self-motivated and able to maintain a rapid pace.
People-oriented work style.
Capable of working with minimal guidance.
Must perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration and OSHA guidelines.
Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
Maintain customer oriented work habits.
Flexible work schedule.
Line technicians and Customer Service Representatives.

Lift at least 20 lbs.

The majority of work will be on the ramp in all types of weather conditions.
Work outside during aircraft taxiing will occur.
Varied positions in and around the aircraft.
