Perform a thorough Market Situational Analysis that gathers the data that will support the market strategy. The use of traditional market research analysis components includes but is not limited to:
- Value Chain Analysis
- Portfolio Analysis
- Life Cycle Analysis
- Sustainability Analysis
- Financial Analysis
- Risk Analysis
- Need based segmentation
- SWOT Analysis
- PESTER / 5 Forces Analysis
Develop deep market intelligence by investigating and strengthening relationships in various market channels, including but not limited to:
- Industry associations
- Consultants, influencers
- Groups of practitioners and end users.
Uncover, screen and select meaningful and workable leading volume indicators of the Industry and develop appropriate tracking mechanisms Work with Account Managers to build a mechanism for managing customer forecast, harmonize various and heterogeneous practices into one single seamless process. Establish forecasts and contribute to the delivery of annual budget, including targeted growth from new opportunities Work with cross-functional teams to orchestrate & simplify forecasted volume to the key stakeholders (Demand Planners, Scheduling, Manufacturing. Analyze specific anomalies and abnormal events within the market and quantify impact on the company’s operations. Develop longer term volume models based on

DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Understand customer processes, applications, and quality attributes and effectively communicates customer technology product requirements to Technology & Innovation and Marketing teams Work with commercial and technology teams to facilitate serving customers’ needs Anticipate, coordinate and respond to competitive environment and initiatives Ability to interact and engage with multiple functions within the company i.e. Production, Procurement, Commercial, and higher Management Identify other market trends and share market knowledge/findings with respective Business Units, contributing to the development of non-forecast related business strategies Each employee is responsible to manage their departments and perform their defined tasks in order to comply with and maintain the sites’ ISO 9000/1400 certification and all regulatory requirements and is expected to shut down the operation and notify management if questions regarding compliance or other issues requiring additional attention arise. Regulatory requirements include, but are not limited to cGMP’s, EPA, OSHA, DEA, DOT, and any other applicable local, governmental and company guidelines.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
BA, Industrial Marketing, Excellent Excel knowledge with VBA Marco skills
Minimum of 2-3 years related experience, market research tools and technics
Strong analytical & rationale problem solving approach
Exceptional Track record analyzing & documenting business processes
Time management and planning skills
Managing through Influence
Excellent communication & presentation skills
